Don't miss this exciting opportunity to contribute your experience as an Agile Specialist (Kanban) and help shape the future of Wiris. You will be responsible for designing, evolving, and facilitating effective ways of working based on flow systems and Kanban principles, aligned with organizational guidelines and business priorities.
This role coaches and supports teams in adopting and strengthening these practices to improve delivery predictability, reduce lead time, enable sustainable value delivery for the teams, and gradually build autonomy in continuous improvement.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Coach and support multiple teams (up to two simultaneously) in adopting and applying agile and Kanban practices, while helping them address tensions and manage conflict constructively.
- Facilitate, teach, and strengthen retrospectives, feedback loops, and continuous improvement practices through coaching and structured team sessions.
- Design and evolve team Kanban systems and flow-based ways of working adapted to each team’s context using visualization and workflow management practices.
- Visualize and connect end-to-end work, from upstream demand to delivery, linking team activities to team strategy.
- Define and refine explicit policies and working agreements (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, WIP limits, classes of service, and quality-delivery trade-offs).
- Monitor and analyze flow metrics with teams, helping them understand performance data, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate and align with stakeholders and across teams to balance demand, capacity, and priorities, facilitating conversations that address systemic issues.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile / Lean environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies and proven practical experience with Kanban systems and flow management.
- Experience with task management tools such as Businessmap or Jira.
- Solid understanding of flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP) and data analysis for identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Strong soft skills in facilitation, leadership, conflict management, empathy, change management, and influence without formal authority.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with alignment frameworks (OKRs, Flight Levels), KMM / Agility@Scale models, scaling environments, STEM/Psychology background, or knowledge of Catalan.
