This is a full-time role based in Auckland. You will be working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, with hybrid and flexible working supported.
We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Lead to bring Wild Bamboo's story to life. You'll lead the delivery of our marketing strategy, create engaging content and campaigns, strengthen customer engagement, and help showcase the value of our products and services to the health, disability, and social sectors. A communicator who brings cultural awareness, curiosity, and respect to their work, particularly in relation to Te Ao Māori.

What you’ll be up to

• Lead the delivery of marketing plans, campaigns, and communications that support business goals and customer engagement.
• Create compelling content and resources across digital channels, events, conferences, video, social media, and customer communications.
• Own and optimise our CRM, customer marketing journeys, and digital presence to strengthen connections with customers and prospects.
• Tell customer stories and showcase the impact of our products and services.
• Gather and share marketing insights, trends, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Manage marketing projects from planning through to delivery while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

Who we’re looking for

• At least 5 years' experience in a marketing and communications role, ideally within a software or technology environment.
• Ideally someone who has an understanding of Te Ao Māori and Māori cultural perspectives, with the confidence to bring cultural awareness and respect to their work, relationships, and engagement.
• An exceptional writer and communicator who can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Someone who thrives on delivery, takes initiative, and can confidently manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing, EDMs, social media, and content creation tools.
• A collaborative relationship-builder who enjoys working with technical experts and diverse stakeholders.
• Bonus points for experience in digital health, or knowledge of New Zealand's health, disability, or social sectors.
