Hitcontract is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer for our client, a global technology and business consulting company delivering digital solutions and large-scale software projects for international organisations.

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer who enjoys working across both front-end and back-end development and has solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and develop back-end solutions using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Work with SQL databases and related technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving development processes, code quality, and engineering practices.
- Stay up to date with modern technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Node.js
- React
- HTML / CSS
- SQL
- Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
- Experience working with modern web applications and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Message Brokers.
- Experience with ORM technologies.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Knowledge of Vanilla JavaScript.
- Understanding of V8.
- Experience or interest in WebAssembly.
- Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
