The Opportunity
Join the Burlington location as a Health & Safety Specialist , supporting health and safety programs, compliance initiatives, and departmental operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional to coordinate HSE activities, manage reporting and data, and contribute to a safe and compliant workplace.
What you will do:
Program Management:
Support the Manager, HSE Programs with the department’s strategy to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate and provide administrative support to the HSE Department.
Systems & Data Coordination:
Maintain the HSE Department’s internal systems and applications to ensure information is accurate and relevant to ensure effective data analysis.
What you will bring:
Education:
Post Secondary education in Health & Safety, Business or related field, or the equivalent work experience within an Occupational Health & Safety Department.
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) to five (5) years work experience in a similar role or with similar responsibilities.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Base Salary: $65,000 to $80,000
