We’re looking for full-time Customer Service Agents (40 hours per week) to join our Support team in Tirana, Albania.
Communicate with customers, restaurant partners, and riders via chat and phone, using Wolt’s tone of voice while adapting your communication style to each situation and audience.
Help ensure deliveries run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a great overall experience for everyone involved.
Support the continued development of our Support function by working closely with the Customer Support team and other teams across Wolt to improve processes and ways of working.
