We are looking for a Research Manager to lead our Gas & LNG-focused members of the Commodities Global Analyst Team. This global team, based in Brazil, Canada, Mexico, the UK, and the US, helps produce detailed market supply-demand, cost and price forecasts at the asset, regional and global levels. Commodities is one of our fastest-growing businesses, and the Global Analyst Team plays a major role in transforming it. Main responsibilities
You will hire and lead a group of talented Research Analysts and Associates based in Calgary, Edinburgh, Houston, London, Mexico City and Rio. You will build a strong talent pipeline and support development of those analysts.
You will communicate a clear purpose and set of goals to your team and will collaborate with the Head of the Commodities Global Analyst Team and the other Research Managers to build effective hiring, onboarding and development processes for our Gas & LNG-focused colleagues. You will work closely with senior experts across the business to build strong coaching relationships across the Global Analyst Team.
