Wood is inviting expression of interest for Experienced Commissioning Engineers (Various Discipline) for a large-scale offshore natural gas development project in Romania.
We are looking for:
- Electrical Commissioning Engineer
- Instrument Commissioning Engineer
- ICSS Commissioning Engineer
- Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
- Process Commissioning Engineer
- Subsea Commissioning Engineer
Responsibilities
- Develop commissioning record (closeout) documentation throughout the project and submit documentation over to the project manager before substantial completion.
- Responsible for developing a well-thought-out documentation plan with the close-out information being collected throughout all of the project phases.
- Preparation of project documentation including pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures. Provides input to operational procedures.
- Supervision of some site commissioning activities as appropriate including P&ID checking (system check/walk-down/punching), mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, cold commissioning (dry/wet), hot commissioning.
- Attends and participates in pre-start up safety review with client and construction contractor
- Supports management of site materials and logistics.
- Interface with Operations Team in commissioning, start-up and final turnover of the facility/plant.
- Provide leadership in health, safety and environmental (HSE) issues on site
Qualifications
- Technical Degree / Diploma
- Previous role experience in the Oil&Gas Industry
- Have broad and deep technical knowledge of commissioning and associated process
- Fully conversant with regards to discipline technical knowledge
- Proven experience of interpreting discipline documentation
- Ability to monitor work progress and report against the plan
- Eligible to work in EU
