We are seeking a Process Automation System SME to serve as the Technical Authority across our portfolio of energy, oil & gas, mining, industrial and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Technical Authority across multiple projects.
- Lead technical reviews during Concept, FEED and Detailed Design.
- Perform independent design assurance and peer reviews.
- Resolve complex engineering challenges and provide specialist guidance.
- Support proposals, client workshops and business development.
- Mentor engineers and develop technical capability.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards and best practices.
- Provide specialized technical authority for all Process Automation design deliverables in addition to detailed experience in general I&C activities such as field instrumentation sizing and selection.
- Shall process strong leadership qualities and have good experience in managing discipline budgets and technical implementation.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
- Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Mining or Industrial projects.
- Proven experience as a Technical Authority, Chief Engineer, Principal Consultant, Engineering Fellow or equivalent.
