Project Accountant

Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is looking for a Project Accountant for Milan office (maternity leave contract).

Responsibilities:

• Checking the vendors invoices in compliance with the purchase orders and VAT rules (Account Payable)
• Preparing the invoices to clients in compliance with the contracts requirements and with the VAT rules (Account Receivable)
• Preparing the general accounting reconciliation
• Supporting for financial statement preparing

Skills / Qualifications

• Degree in Economics
• At least one year of experience in the accounting department of an international company taking care of general accounting and billing
• Fluent in Italian and good in English
• Knowledge of Office package
