Overview / Responsibilities
- You will be holding the responsibility of collecting all the information needed to calculate the values of bills/invoice receivable from the related department.
- Prepare all related documents for billing to the client.
- Prepare a summary calculation of billing value from the timesheet, milestone and progress report.
- Prepare weekly reports to Head of Department & Finance Team on the status of billing.
- Manage administrative work for the department such as filing, documentation, and reporting.
- Prepare submission invoice for billing is tally with the related supporting document.
- To prepare Service Entry form and related supporting documentation and ensure to get approval from the client.
- To follow up with the client on the status of document submissions such as Service Entry form and invoice.
- Create client approved Billing in ERP system.
- Focus on cash collection and minimisation of unbilled items together with ensuring these balance sheet areas are appropriately analysed and controlled
- Handle all the amendments require for any discrepancy of billing.
- Any other ad-hoc matters as assigned.
Skills / Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications (Essential):
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, meticulous and details oriented.
