Wood has an opportunity for a Site Civil Engineer / Earthworks Engineer to be based on site in Teesside but with visits to the office in Reading. This will be working on an exciting Net Zero project for a major client.
This is a field role working on behalf of the Client/Owner site team to oversee the bulk earthworks, ground remediation and demolition works conducted by the 3rd party to verify compliance with project specifications.
The ideal candidate will be an chartered Civil / Geotechnical Engineer with strong earthworks supervisory experience and some ground remediation / contaminated land experience.
Candidates with demonstrated field experience and knowledge of supervising earthworks / remediation activities and / or brownfield regeneration will be considered.
