Wood is currently recruiting for a Technical Competency Specialist to join our Operations Management Solutions (OMS) team based in Perth. While our preference is for a Perth based applicant, we will readily review applications from those based in Brisbane or Melbourne. This role reports to the Regional Manager APAC OMS and is offered as a permanent staff and career development assignment with flexible working arrangements.
In this role you will work closely with key clients to develop and deliver effective training and assessment solutions meeting agreed client requirements in competency development, assurance and training. This will include complete Competency Assurance programs addressing deliverables such as Competency Assurance Framework documents, e-Learning modules, Training Manuals, Classroom Packs, Procedures and In-Field Task-books.
