    Job description

    WHT YOU WILL DO:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply, on-time delivery, and consistent product quality.
    • Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time, ensuring all required approvals are obtained.
    • Monitor inventory levels, identify purchasing needs, and help prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
    • Support cost analysis and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing solutions.
    • Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, purchase orders, and transactions in the company’s procurement system.
    • Coordinate with ERP, operations, and logistics teams to support the flow of materials through the manufacturing process into finished products.
    • Identify supply chain issues and implement effective solutions to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Negotiate favorable prices and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
    • Analyze market trends, pricing data, inventory levels, and supplier performance to support informed purchasing decisions.
    • Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
    • Manage purchase orders, contracts, supplier data, and inventory records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support a reliable supply chain and secure favorable terms.
    • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines and business objectives.
    • Identify supply chain issues and implement practical solutions to maintain smooth operations.
    • Use procurement, ERP, inventory management, and operations management software to streamline purchasing processes.
    • Understand supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing processes, including the flow of materials into finished products.
    • Develop and monitor inventory controls, including stock limits and replenishment requirements.
    • English and Polish skills required.
    • Nice to have: APICS - courses in the field of inventory management.
