    Job description

    What You Will Do:

    • Own, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 and applicable regulatory requirements.

    • Support the implementation, certification, and ongoing compliance of Part 145 and Part 21 approvals.

    • Develop, manage, and execute the annual internal audit program, including audit planning, reporting, and follow-up.

    • Coordinate preparation for certification, regulatory, customer, and surveillance audits.

    • Manage the corrective and preventive action process, ensuring timely closure and effectiveness verification.

    • Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to audit findings, process nonconformities, and compliance issues.

    • Monitor QMS performance through KPIs, quality metrics, and management review inputs.

    • Lead and coordinate continual improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

    • Ensure QMS documentation is maintained, controlled, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

    • Act as the focal point for quality system and regulatory compliance matters across the organization.

    What You Will Need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

    • Demonstrated experience with AS9100 implementation, maintenance, and certification audits.

    • Knowledge of Part 145 and Part 21 requirements; practical certification experience is preferred.

    • Experience in planning, conducting, and managing internal audit programs.

    • Strong knowledge of corrective actions, root cause analysis, risk management, and continual improvement methodologies.

    • Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification AS9100.

    • Proven ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural business environment.

    • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

    • Proficiency in English and Polish.
