As the Technical Writer & Content Lead, you will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Solution Architects, Customer Success teams, and Executive Leadership to create world-class documentation and content that drives customer adoption and supports business growth.
This role combines technical writing, customer education, documentation strategy, content creation, and marketing communications.
Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, content development, product documentation, or related roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating software, SaaS, platform, cloud, AI, or technical product documentation.
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical domains and explain them clearly.
- Experience working directly with engineering and product teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience documenting APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, or software products.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, analytics, simulation, or enterprise software platforms.
- Experience with documentation platforms such as:
- Confluence
- GitBook
- ReadMe
- Notion
- SharePoint
- Markdown-based documentation systems
- Experience with content management systems and SEO best practices.
- Experience supporting government, defense, aerospace, logistics, or enterprise customers.
Ideal Candidate:
