At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of their career. Our goal is to hire and retain the best team, and we know to do that we have to do things differently: our clinicians have flexibility in their schedules and compensation models, we work in true multidisciplinary model, and we invest in our team’s growth through every stage of their careers. Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% of their day.
Compensation options
Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000/year. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
