As the leader of our front-of-house team, you will ensure the smooth running of the reception area, manage staff performance, and represent both our business and our clients with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and inspiring the Reception team.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Building strong relationships with clients, occupiers and building teams.
• Managing daily Reception operations and service standards.
• Creating exciting events and building activations.
• Coaching, training and developing your team.
• Finding new ways to improve our service and customer journey.
• Ensuring a safe, welcoming and professional environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience managing a front-of-house or reception team
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure
• Professional, confident, and approachable manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
• A proactive, service-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
