Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling.
- Follow up enquiries and convert leads into qualified appointments.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Support the sales team in securing new contracts.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous telesales or B2B sales experience is essential.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Hospitality, catering or service sector experience would be advantageous.
- Self-motivated, organised and eager to contribute to a successful sales team.
