    Job description

With 48,000 colleagues in over 140 countries, we help organizations make forward-thinking choices about their people, their investments and the risks they face. Joining our Retirement business, you’ll be part of our impact right from the start.

In Retirement, we help organizations design, implement and manage retirement programs that meet the diverse needs of their workforce. Our Manila team delivers solutions that include actuarial consulting, person and retirement plan design, valuation services and retirement risk management. Combining advanced analytics, cutting-edge technology and deep expertise, we help clients across the Philippines and the wider region to navigate challenges in an evolving economic and regulatory landscape.

Our goal is to ensure financial security for employees while optimizing plan efficiency and compliance for our clients. On this three-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience our work – you’ll help deliver it.

    Responsibilities:
Joining us for three months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:

    • Gain hands-on experience in data evaluation, generating actuarial results and preparing reports
    • Validate and reconcile data
    • Support our wider process-improvement initiatives
    • Create Excel test cases for liability calculations
    • Analyse results at company and consolidation levels
    • Work with our market-leading valuation software
    • Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experience and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

This internship is the perfect way to understand what we do and how closely our offering matches your career ambitions. It also presents an excellent opportunity for learning and potential full-time employment with us.

    Workstyles:

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least four days a month in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. The Application Process:

Stage 2: Complete an online test and video interview

Stage 3: Interviews, where you’ll meet members of the team, discuss your strengths and motivations, and ask any questions you may have. These will take place virtually.

    Stage 4: Offer and acceptance

Stage 5: Keeping in touch, including an office visit and contact with a member of the team you will be joining.
