The Work & Rewards team consists of 3 practices: Rewards Data & Intelligence (RDI), Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC). The success of a company is, to a large extent, dependent on the quality and performance of its employees. We help companies to translate their strategic objectives into an effective HR strategy, in which compensating, monitoring, and motivating the right people in the right way is a central theme.
