CRM Manager (f/m/d*)

In order to continue the healthy growth of our company, we are looking for a highly driven, experienced, and motivated CRM Manager (f/m/d*) to join our Marketing team. You will fully own our CRM strategy, being responsible for campaign management, analytics, and user segmentation.
The role will consist of strategy, optimization, and working cross-functionally with our data, creative, and the wider marketing team to understand the customer experience across all channels and drive our business growth and customer retention.
This is a permanent role on a full-time basis, with an option for remote working (+/- 1hs from our Berlin Headquarters).

YOUR MISSION

• You fully own the end-to-end process of planning, executing, optimising, and reporting

• You run, manage and optimise A/B and multivariate tests

• You work with Analytics and Data Science to identify opportunities, size, and prioritise

• You understand both tenant and landlord behaviour to identify relevant insights and translate them into meaningful customer experiences

• You ensure campaign delivery is compliant and meets regulatory requirements.

• You own execution of all email marketing to current customers and new prospects

• You ensure communications meet quality, branding, voice, and content guidelines

• You oversee and support the day to day production of BAU email communications

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM campaign creation, workflow, and execution

• You are a creative and empathetic thinker. You care deeply about our customers and can build precise targeting as well as delightful, on-brand experiences and consistently adds value

• You own strong written and oral communication skills
  You are data-driven with solid working knowledge in Google Analytics and large data sets

• You have experience with data visualisation tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau or Sisense

• You have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS

• You are fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus

• An interest in AI and machine learning would be an advantage
