About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Stage Crew to join the resort’s Theater Operations team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Assist with the setup and teardown of scenery, props, and stage equipment before and after performances.

• Support scene changes during performances, ensuring smooth and timely transitions.

• Maintain backstage cleanliness and organization, including storage of props and equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections of stage elements and report any damage or safety concerns.

• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with other crew members and departments to ensure performance readiness.

• Attend technical rehearsals and production meetings as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Stage or Technical Director.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical theatre training preferred.

• Previous experience in stage crew or theatrical production support is an asset.

• Basic understanding of stagecraft, rigging, and theatrical equipment.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.

• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by production schedules.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

• Commitment to safety and professionalism.

• Punctuality and reliability.
