The Solutions Architect will be accountable for end-to-end solution design across bigly squads and delivery partners, with a strong focus on healthcare and clinical systems. This role will drive architectural clarity across complex, multi-team initiatives and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready. The role is critical in enabling the successful delivery of clinic-based digital solutions, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and domain-specific requirements within a highly specialised healthcare environment. This is a niche role requiring a combination of strong solution architecture capability and healthcare domain experience.

We’re looking for a T-shaped engineer: someone with broad architectural capability and deep expertise in one or more technical areas. You are comfortable making pragmatic trade-offs, guiding teams through complexity, and rolling up your sleeves when delivery is at risk. You bring experience working within healthcare or clinical environments, and understand how to translate domain-specific requirements into scalable, practical solutions. You enjoy collaborating with product, business, and engineering stakeholders and can translate business intent into solid technical solutions.
