    Overview:

    The Channels AR Program Lead is part of the Finance Operations team supporting Accounts Receivable operations for the Channel division. This role manages reseller and end-user accounts, supporting accounting, invoicing, credit and collections, billing issues, tax-related activities, refunds, and financial reporting. The position also supports Channel programs by ensuring accurate data, system administration, compliance, and timely resolution of account and process issues.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Manage assigned reseller and end-user accounts, including credit, collections, billing issues, and disputes.
    • Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports, including accounting and invoicing data.
    • Support tax-related activities, including certificates, short pays, credits, research, audits, and reconciliations.
    • Manage refund processes and support system administration activities, including user access, configuration, transaction approvals, and testing.
    • Administer Salesforce and Impartner for Channel programs while identifying account discrepancies, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in financial or sales/marketing analyst roles preferred.
    • Strong background in accounting, invoicing, Accounts Receivable, credit, collections, and billing.
    • U.S. tax experience is highly preferred, with knowledge of AR compliance and tax-related processes.
    • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, with strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and/or Impartner is an advantage.
