    Position Overview

    The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting Corporate Treasury activities across foreign exchange risk management, treasury operations, intercompany funding, credit, and treasury controls. The role provides analytical, operational, and reporting support to ensure treasury activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with approved policies and controls.

    The position supports the preparation of FX exposure analysis, hedge execution and performance reporting, surety bond and guarantee tracking, counterparty monitoring, and cash repatriation support. The role works closely with Treasury leadership and cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting discipline, process efficiency, and audit readiness, including the practical use of AI-enabled tools to streamline analysis, reporting, reconciliations, documentation, and workflow activities.

    This is a hands-on analyst role requiring strong attention to detail, sound financial analysis skills, proficiency with Excel and treasury systems, and the ability to partner effectively with Accounting, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Treasury Operations, banks, and regional finance teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    Foreign Exchange Risk Management
    • Prepare and maintain daily foreign exchange exposure reports in accordance with Treasury reporting timelines.
    • Execution, confirmation, and settlement of foreign exchange transactions under approved Treasury policies.
    • Assist with monitoring transactional and balance sheet foreign exchange exposures.
    • Prepare FX gain and loss analysis, variance commentary, and supporting schedules for management review.
    • Support compliance with treasury policies, dealing authorities, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
    Treasury Technology, Systems & Transformation
    • Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and increase reporting efficiency.
    • Use AI-enabled tools to assist with automation, reporting, and workflow improvement initiatives across Treasury.
    • Support system testing, data validation, user acceptance testing, and process documentation.
    • Prepare and reconcile treasury data to support management reporting and control requirements.
    Treasury Risk, Counterparty Management & Ratings Monitoring
    • Prepare counterparty exposure, limit utilization, and concentration reports for Treasury review.
    • Monitor external bank credit ratings, outlook changes, and relevant market indicators.
    • Maintain approved counterparty data, limits, and supporting documentation.
    • Assist with banking relationship administration, including data requests, compliance information, and periodic reviews.
    Surety Bonds, Guarantees & Credit Facilities
    • Maintain schedules for surety bonds, guarantees, letters of credit, and treasury credit facilities.
    • Support issuance, renewal, amendment, cancellation, and utilization tracking processes.
    • Coordinate documentation requests with banks, surety providers, Legal, and business teams.
    • Prepare reporting on facility usage, expiry dates, fees, collateral, and compliance requirements.
    Governance, Audit & Cross-Functional Projects
    • Support Tax, Accounting, Legal, FP&A, Treasury Operations, and regional finance teams on treasury-related workstreams.
    • Prepare documentation, reconciliations, and control evidence for internal and external audit requirements.
    • Maintain process documentation, policy support materials, and recurring reporting calendars.
    • Assist with preparation of Treasury leadership reporting and presentation materials.
    • Participate in treasury transformation, process improvement, and risk management initiatives.
    Balance Sheet & Country Risk Management
    • Assist with periodic reviews of subsidiary balance sheets to identify currency, liquidity, funding, and operational treasury risks.
    • Prepare balance sheet and country risk summaries for higher-risk and DMO countries.
    • Track regulatory, economic, and political developments that may impact treasury operations.
    • Support the preparation of treasury risk reporting and related management information.
    Qualifications
    Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • MBA, CTP, CFA, FRM, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
    Experience
    • 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Financial Operations, or a related finance function.
    • Good understanding of treasury operations, cash management, foreign exchange, banking products, and financial controls.
    • Exposure to FX trading platforms, bank portals, Bloomberg, ERP systems, or Treasury Management Systems such as FIS Quantum, SAP Treasury, or equivalent preferred.
    • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, lookups, data validation, and structured reporting.
    • Practical experience using AI-enabled productivity, analytics, or automation tools to improve reporting, reconciliations, documentation, research, or workflow efficiency preferred.
    • Experience working in a multinational corporate environment preferred.

    • Timely escalation of exceptions, control issues, rating changes, and treasury risk matters.
    • Effective collaboration with Treasury leadership, business partners, banks, and cross-functional teams.
