</span></strong></p><p><span>The Xora Open Source team is looking for a Software Platform Director to join us in the US. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>In this role, you will establish guidelines for writing and modifying software according to Xora standards.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>You will also streamline communication to partnering teams at Mozilla, Chromium, and other Open Source web projects. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>You will help orchestrate high-level platform changes, and work with the software development team, as well as external stakeholders, to fundraise for the 501c3 non-profit, as well as collaborate with the team to execute Changes.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The Platform Director's core responsibility is to work with users, internal development teams, and external developers and orchestrate a sustainable growth model for the rapidly growing open source project.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span>Job Description: </span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Drive the development process.</span></li><li><span>Create guidelines for writing, modifying, and debugging software for external software contributors.</span></li><li><span>Establishes software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing, and maintenance.</span></li><li><span>Documents and analyzes test results and make recommendations to improve overall quality.</span></li><li><span>Create, record, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.</span></li><li><span>Ensure that project documentation is created and is maintained</span></li><li><span>Understand the team's needs and voice concerns for budget improvements and growth.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>Job

Requirements:
