Customer Support with Spanish

Responsibilities:

• providing excellent customer service (supporting Spanish-speaking clients)
• building up positive relationships with customers
• resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
• monitoring of the situation on financial markets
• working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
• cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments

Requirements:

• Spanish language - native or proficiency level required
• English language - B2 level required
• willingness to work both day and night shifts
• responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
• strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• good knowledge of MS Office

Nice to have:

• previous experience in a customer service role
• knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
