Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small institutional sales team
Drive sales of liquidity for financial instruments
Support ongoing institutional client services
Assist in executing marketing initiatives and projects
Organize daily team operations and sales processes

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in liquidity sales to institutions and brokers

Strong leadership skills or experience managing sales/support teams

Excellent knowledge of financial markets, competition, and key products (CFDs, Options, Crypto)

Proven track record in B2B financial sales

Highly organized with strong communication and management skills

Experience in marketing projects is a plus
