Position: Quality Inspector - Aerospace/Aircraft
Location: Everett, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Direct Client Need
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical and Cosmetic inspection
- Provide Quality control activities including new product introduction
- Provide inspection services for incoming goods, returns and assembly
- Document non-conformances and report major quality issues to leadership
- First Article inspection
- Hands-on experience performing Mechanical and Cosmetic Inspections using tools like CMMs, borescopes, or GD&T specs required.
Please briefly describe your experience navigating these quality control processes in a manufacturing environment. - Nice to have aerospace / aviation manufacturing experience (Not mandatory)
- It is essential that the successful candidate have solid inspection experience gained in a manufacturing environment.
- Technically competent, able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
- Attention to Detail: Capable of maintaining precision in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Strong Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication and numerical skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Quality disciplines including 8D reporting, 5 Whys and the completion of corrective action reports. (also essential)
