Job description

Program Support

Provide support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities during programs.

Responsibilities Include:

Working with individuals to facilitate engagement during programs
Implementing group activities
Communicate with supervisor
Foster positive relationships between individuals served and community
Ensures safety of participants during programs
Encourages independence

Job Requirements:

A desire to work with adults with disabilities
Ability to provide positive motivation to others
Must be caring, dedicated, responsible, and patient
HS diploma, GED, or equivalent

Salary: $20-$30/hour for approximately 9 hours a week
