Job description

在生产现场进行工艺巡检，就生产中简单的技术问题，支持工程师和工艺员进行分析，可在工艺参数设定的范围内进行调整。
根据工程师或工艺员制订的解决技术问题的措施，与生产现场协调执行，跟踪记录措施效果且分析反馈。
根据培训要求，对生产操作人员（新员工）进行的岗位技能培训，保证各类文件更改后员工达到岗位要求，并监督新员工实习期间生产情况。
协助工程师对生产中的技术文件（PFMEA、CP、PFC、WI等)进行更新。
统计生产过程中的问题，并对问题进行记录与汇总，协助工程师对可疑品进行处理。
协助工程师对生产中的技术改进措施实施情况进行跟踪和验证。
协助工程师进行在产项目的降本增效工作，提升良率与生产效率。
积极完成上级领导指派的其他工作。
