岗位描述：
- 精通上汽、大众、通用、特斯拉等主机厂测试规范（环境/EMC/材料/机械测试），确保DV测试方案全面覆盖客户需求。
- 负责性能测试、功能测试、环境测试、机械测试、EMC测试及车载网络（CAN/LIN/以太网）物理层验证，设计专用测试工装及自动化监控方案。
- 联合电子工程（EE）、机械工程（ME）、软件工程（SW）团队分析测试失效根因，推动设计改进与风险闭环。
- 编制DV测试计划、客户交付级测试报告（物理/性能/环境）及内部验证总结文档。
- 开发并优化设计验证流程，制定测试设备规范，确保符合IATF 16949等质量管理体系要求。
- 6年以上汽车电子验证经验，具备在Tier 1工作背景
- 成功主导过 域控制器/仪表/显示屏等产品的DV测试，EMC测试，环境试验
