YFITC-MM Metal Engineering- Design Engineer

主要任务和职责
1.    根据产品投产系统（PLUS）以及客户产品开发程序的要求，按时保质地进行产品开发。
2.    协助制定设计方案。力求在保证功能、外观要求的情况下成本最低。
3.    完成产品数据、图纸和材料清单（BOM）表等工程技术文件。
4.    协助处理客户提出的问题并参与解决。
5.    负责协调样品制造，客户交样和文件准备。
6.    组织或参与各类工程会议，并落实和跟踪行动计划。
7.    及时总结产品开发过程中发生的问题和经验。
8.    与供应商和部门工厂联系，提供技术支持。
9.    工作能力需满足客户端的特定要求。
10.    承担公司相关KOS文件以及IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14001/AEO（海关：经认证的经营者）标准要求的管理责任，确保KOS文件的有效运行，并不断在部门内完善KOS文件中的相关程序及其应用。
11.    完成领导交代的其他工作任务。

资质要求
教育背景：大学本科及以上学历，理工科专业优先
工作经验：
─    三年以上行业相关工作经验
专业知识：
─    具备优秀/良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力
行为要求：
─    符合公司价值观和领导力模型的要求
─    遵守信息安全管理规章制度和行为规范，合理使用并保护公司信息系统和设备，对获悉的公司重要信息严加保密
─    遵守公司职业道德守则和政策，在公司业务中践行诚信正直的价值观，遵守业务所在地的法律法规，不采取非法或者不道德的手段开展业务或获取竞争优势
─    优秀/良好的人际交往和组织协调能力，极强的团队意识
