Your impact:

You’ll join Yardi Matrix, our market intelligence team, as an Associate Researcher (Yardi Matrix) and kickstart your career in a supportive, professional environment. This is a great role for students or recent graduates who want to develop their English, research, and communication skills.

You’ll research real estate properties in the U.S. and add key info to our database, such as building details, contacts, transactions, and vacancy status. This is done through calls, emails, and online research.

You’ll join a team that matches your skills, either focused on research or outbound calling. You’ll get full support and training, and your work will help real estate experts make informed decisions.

Working hours are 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday to Friday. However, other schedule options will be available based on your tenure and team allocation.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

What you'll bring along:

• Baccalaureate diploma (high school)
• Good English skills

What you'll do:

• Research official websites and documents
• Analyze property-related records (sales, loans, etc.)
• Call real estate professionals across the US to confirm or gather data
• Update and link property info using internal tools
