Yarn is the video product for agentic GTM teams. Growth teams at teams like Clay and Faire have gone from a couple of videos a month to generating 100’s of videos with Yarn. We're five engineers and designers in Soho NYC. Four of us are ex-founders. We've just launched, and everything on the growth side is still run by the founders. You'd be the first person whose whole job is growing Yarn. **What you'll actually do** This is a generalist role – whatever moves the company forward, and today that looks like: * **Hunt logos.** Get the fastest-growing companies in the world using Yarn.
Think Ploy, Legora, OpenAI. Outbound, targeted demos, launches, ABM video at scale. * **Write and ship content.** Launch videos, playbook walkthroughs, shorts, posts, landing pages. All the copy that converts. You don't need to be on camera. * **Design and eval the agent.** Write the playbooks the agent follows, judge its output, grade evals with the engineers. You won't write much code, but you'll decide what good looks like. * **Build the first growth systems.** Onboarding and activation, routines that run 24/7, outbound built on Clay.
Then whatever comes next. **Who you are** * **Smart and hungry.** No specific experience required. * **A genuinely good writer.** Scripts, cold emails, posts, landing pages. * **Extremely high-agency.** You'll get a vague problem and a customer waiting. * **Good taste.** You know the difference between a great launch video and a fine one. * **Comfortable in ambiguity.** We're pre-playbook and pre-metrics. You'll help write both. * **Can run through brick walls.** We love former founders.
