Pay: $23 to $26 per hour, based on experience
Full-time, 40-hour work week
Four-day schedule with 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday

Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Laminate commercial casework, cabinets, countertops, and full sheets of material
Apply laminate accurately and efficiently while meeting production and quality specifications
Hand edge band cabinet components
Hand laminate specialty pieces and custom applications
File, trim, and finish laminate to produce precise, professional results
Safely operate routers, nail guns, and other woodworking power tools
Follow written and verbal production instructions and established shop procedures
Inspect your work for accuracy, fit, finish, and overall quality
Assist with cabinet manufacturing and other shop production responsibilities as needed
Keep your work area organized and follow established workplace safety procedures

At least 1 year of professional experience laminating commercial casework, cabinets, countertops, or similar products
Experience applying laminate sheet materials and producing high-quality finished work
Ability to hand edge band cabinet components
Experience hand laminating specialty pieces and custom applications
Proficiency in filing and trimming laminate to finished-quality standards
Ability to safely operate routers, nail guns, and other power hand tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Willingness to assist with additional cabinet shop and production responsibilities
Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
