Morris is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician who can independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
This is not an entry-level or maintenance-only position. We're looking for a strong service technician with 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
$28–$42/hour, based on experience
Weekly pay + overtime opportunities
Monday–Friday, full-time schedule
Company vehicle + gas card

On-call rotation every 3 weeks
$200 bonus for qualifying emergency calls after 4 PM
Company-paid EPA and Journeyman testing
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems
Service rooftop units, air handlers, walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Independently run commercial service calls
Participate in the on-call rotation
3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
Experience with walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines
Ability to independently diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment
Strong electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to participate in the on-call rotation
EPA Certification preferred
Journeyman License preferred
