Service, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Install and maintain commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls, and refrigeration issues
Perform preventative maintenance and identify problems before they become major repairs
Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls throughout the service area
Complete accurate service documentation using company-provided technology
Communicate findings, repairs, and recommendations professionally with customers
Participate in the on-call rotation
Continue developing your skills through company-paid training and education

1–5 years of hands-on HVAC/R experience preferred
EPA Certification required
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and electrical fundamentals
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Comfortable using mobile devices and service software for job documentation
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Willingness to travel throughout an approximately two-hour service area
Dependable, coachable, and committed to quality workmanship
Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Commercial HVAC/R experience is preferred
NATE Certification is a plus
ServiceTitan experience is a plus
