Harv's Electric is hiring experienced Commercial Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team in Houston. $26–$31/hour based on experience
Full-time schedule (7:00 AM–5:30 PM)
40–55+ hour work weeks

Install EMT, IMC, and rigid conduit
Pull wire and terminate panels
Install switchgear, transformers, lighting systems, and commercial electrical equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Troubleshoot commercial electrical systems
Perform commercial rough-ins and equipment installations
Maintain NEC compliance and jobsite safety standards
Work independently and with crews to complete projects on schedule
Texas Journeyman Electrician License required
Minimum of 2+ years of commercial electrical experience required
5+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred
Ground-up commercial construction experience
Strong understanding of NEC standards
Experience with conduit bending, panel installation, and commercial electrical systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work overtime and active commercial construction sites
Comfortable working at heights up to 40ft
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
