Location:

Grass Valley, CA Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality equipment Perform complete system replacements, equipment upgrades, and retrofit projects Complete startup, testing, and verification procedures to ensure proper system operation Assist with troubleshooting installation-related HVAC system performance issues Follow manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local building codes during all installation work Utilize ServiceTitan mobile software to document work performed, materials used, and customer interactions Maintain accurate job documentation and installation records Communicate installation findings and recommendations clearly to customers Maintain a clean and organized work area at customer sites and company facilities Stay current on HVAC technologies, equipment, and industry best practices through ongoing training Deliver exceptional customer service while representing BAEHR Heating & Air professionally Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience required Technical school certification in HVAC technology preferred EPA 608 Certification preferred (training available if needed) Valid driver's license ServiceTitan experience required Working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Ability to perform HVAC equipment installations, system replacements, retrofit projects, and system startups Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, installation instructions, and equipment specifications Familiarity with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ pounds Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces as needed Ability to travel throughout the service territory Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to participate in ongoing technical, sales, and professional development training BAEHR Heating & Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
