Minimum 2-3 years of HVAC installation experience required Working knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC installation practices Experience installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Ability to install ductwork, thermostats, piping, vents, and related HVAC components Ability to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and technical documents Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license EPA Section 608 Certification preferred NATE Certification or equivalent industry certification preferred Experience in installing a variety of HVAC equipment and systems preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spaces Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday Ability to work safely in indoor, outdoor, and varying weather conditions Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service Armer Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
