Service residential and light commercial HVAC systems throughout Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas including Oliver Springs, Harriman, Clinton, Oak Ridge, Rockwood, Kingston, Lenoir City, Loudon, and Sunbright
Diagnose HVAC system issues and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
Perform preventative maintenance, system testing, evacuation, charging, and brazing
Maintain accurate service records and submit paperwork promptly
Collect customer payments when required
Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and organized
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule one weekend per month
Deliver professional customer service during every service call

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
At least 1 year of HVAC experience or completion of an HVAC technical training program
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work safely on ladders
Basic HVAC hand tools required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional communication and customer service skills
