2 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience Ability to diagnose HVAC systems independently and work safely without direct supervision Experience servicing air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and improve Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay productive independently Commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform the physical demands of residential HVAC service EPA Certification required Advanced Texas Air Conditioning is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
