Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Service central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil furnaces, gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems
Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal inspections, and HVAC system evaluations
Identify system performance issues and explain appropriate repair and upgrade options to homeowners
Test electrical components, airflow, refrigerant levels, and system safety controls
Clearly communicate system findings and recommendations to customers
Complete service documentation and reports using company-provided technology

Required
High school diploma and technical school education
3 or more years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, service, and repair skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and dependable work ethic
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Connecticut HVAC S1, S2, or D2 license
EPA Universal Certification
