$50,000 to $90,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives

Work as a Commercial HVAC Technician serving Tampa, Florida, and surrounding areas
Perform service, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC and HVAC/R equipment
Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, refrigeration equipment, and related systems
Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and HVAC control issues
Service ductwork, electrical components, and control systems
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, technical schematics, and equipment documentation
Use HVAC diagnostic tools and service equipment to identify problems and complete repairs
Clearly explain equipment conditions and recommended repairs to customers
Complete service records and work documentation accurately
Keep your assigned company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
Follow established safety procedures and applicable HVAC industry standards

At least 3 years of commercial HVAC or HVAC/R service experience
EPA Type II Certification or Universal EPA Certification
Commercial HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
Experience using HVAC service tools and diagnostic equipment
Valid driver's license
Willingness to complete written and verbal trade assessments
Experience servicing HVAC systems in restaurant and medical facilities preferred
