Work as a commercial Plumber in Auburn, Maine
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
Service water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems
Install and replace piping, valves, pumps, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment
Perform scheduled maintenance and plumbing repairs
Identify developing issues and recommend appropriate repairs
Respond to emergency plumbing service calls as needed
Complete service tickets, maintenance reports, and other required documentation onsite
Communicate job status, material needs, and customer concerns with the Service Manager or Project Manager
Work professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
Follow applicable plumbing codes and company safety procedures
Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked for the work ahead

Valid Maine Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber License
At least 3 years of commercial plumbing service experience, with 5 years preferred
Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Valid State of Maine Class C driver's license
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple service calls while working independently
Clear communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential job duties such as climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and working in varying weather conditions
