- Your New Role Work as a Plumbing Mechanic serving residential customers throughout Putnam and Westchester Counties, New York.
- Perform residential plumbing maintenance, repairs, replacements, and installations.
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems, identify the right solution, complete repairs, and make appropriate recommendations to customers.
- Install and service boilers, water heaters, water filtration systems, and other residential plumbing equipment.
- Perform water treatment and drain clearing work as needed.
- Deliver professional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners throughout each service call.
- Maintain the inventory, equipment, tools, and overall condition of your company vehicle.
- Complete invoices, service documentation, and required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with office staff and management to keep jobs moving efficiently.
- Maintain MCK Plumbing's standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction.

- At least 5 years of plumbing experience, including residential plumbing repair and replacement Strong residential plumbing troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation skills Boiler knowledge and installation experience required Experience with water treatment systems and drain clearing Valid driver's license Authorization to work in the United States Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and uphold company standards and values Ability to complete service paperwork and invoicing accurately and on time MCK Plumbing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
