Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, equipment, components, installation methods, and safety standards Proven leadership experience leading or mentoring installation crews Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation EPA Certification required Journeyman License required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, leadership, and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple installation projects while maintaining quality and efficiency Ability to safely lift equipment and perform the physical demands of residential HVAC installation Morris Heating and Cooling is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
