YESCO is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage electric sign, LED lighting, and related construction projects from planning through completion.
You’ll work with customers, contractors, vendors, and YESCO teams to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and moving forward. The work includes project scope, scheduling, materials, budgets, change orders, quality, customer communication, and final closeout.
Experience with electric signs, electrical work, or LED lighting is strongly preferred. We’re also looking for someone who is organized, communicates well, can solve problems, and follows through.

Our projects range from individual signs and LED lighting upgrades to large and more involved installations. Project Managers work with customers and teams across YESCO to coordinate work and ensure projects are completed properly.
An associate degree in Project Management or a similar field is preferred, but equivalent experience and training will be considered. Six or more years of relevant experience is helpful, particularly in the electric sign or construction industry.
Experience with YESCO products and processes is a plus but not required. Training and continuing education are available.
The right person takes responsibility for their projects and follows them through to completion.
When a problem comes up, you’re comfortable figuring out what needs to happen, involving the right people, and moving forward. You can work with customers, contractors, and internal teams when priorities conflict or issues are difficult.
You pay attention to the details, but you also understand the schedule, budget, and overall goals of the project.
