Position Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and analyze video requested for confidential investigations related to accidents, complaints, and asset protection matters within a multi-unit portfolio, ensuring prompt and accurate reporting of findings in support of our “store first” culture.
- Collect and provide video to external parties such as law enforcement or in response to a subpoena as per company policy.
- Assist in providing technical support to CCTV users and other duties related to the CCTV system as assigned.
- Assist the risk management team in the development and deployment of policies and procedures relating to loss prevention and mitigation, and improved processes.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities and initiatives that result in continuous improvement and outcomes of the risk management and asset protection team.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with video management software, preferably in a retail or security environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in overall scope of work.
- Experience with narrative and report writing, possessing professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within a diverse team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
